The Skoda Connect service is total s**t and the customer support is non existent. Tried for three weeks straight to get it working with support and new firmwares with no luck. Then one day, out of the blue it just starts working 🤷🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️ Good luck my friend!

I played with the Connect app when I first got the car in March, it doesn’t seem to do much, certainly not worth paying for, but on a recent trip down to Italy it would sometimes connect via my phone and the Amundsen would often warn of ‘traffic obstruction on route’ or ‘stationary traffic ahead’ and would advise that ‘the route has been recalculated’..all well and good but it
Pretty average. It seems pretty fun but I've only had like 2 games in it. Also yes I believe my choices for emblem covered over the lion face - I'm sure others will give a definite yes/no on it and probably with a lot more games in it. It's an ok tank. I've had a few fun games in it but it's not particularly noteworthy.
Frequently fails to connect to the vehicle or even commence charging. The previous My Skoda Essentials app was at least more reliable than this one. Having spent a huge amount of money and waited well over 12 months for delivery surely Skoda should have these things sorted rather than getting their customers to debug their software and apps!
For me its definitely worth it for because of 2 features. I live in Finland so webasto is a must have. The remote control feature in Skoda Connect is something I use almost every day. I also really like the proactive service feature.
