oh, i was thinking you can't sell to npc. soulbound can be soul to npc and salvaged, but not sell on trading post. karma item can't be sold to npc nor salvaged. if you buy green item from trading post, they are soulbound on use. once you equip it, it becomes soulbound. if you've never equip it, you can resell it on trading post.
